Same Day
Sick Visits
When you're not feeling
well, you don't want to
wait. For established patients
who call before 9 a.m.,
we can usually get you in
on the same day.
Emergencies
If you have an immediate life threatening situation such as a severe injury or crushing chest pain, call the ambulance by dialing 911.
For non life threatening emergencies,
you may call us to see if
we can accommodate you, as many
emergencies may be handled in
our office. This may be more
convenient and less expensive
for you. Please note we do not
have x-ray equipment, so if
you think you have a broken
bone you would be better served
at either the local urgent care
center or ER.
Insurances We Accept
We are in-network and
accepting new patients with
the following insurance:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Cigna Healthcare
- Crescent
- NC HealthChoice
- Humana
- MedCost
- TriCare (Standard and Prime)
- United Healthcare
Self pay is also an option.
We accept cash, checks,
and most credit cards.
We accept most insurance plans.
If you don't see your insurance
on this list please call us
to check our status with
them.
Missed Appointments
We ask that you make
every effort possible to keep
your appointments. If you
need to reschedule, please call
us at least 24 hours prior to
your appointment time. If, due
to circumstances not under your
control, you are unable to keep
your appointment and unable
to provide 24 hours advance
notice, please let us know as
soon as possible so we may schedule
another person requiring care.
Should you miss an appointment
without contacting us in advance,
we reserve the right to charge
a $25 missed appointment fee.
Please help us serve you better
by keeping scheduled appointments,
or letting us know as soon
as possible when you can't.
Late for Appointments
If you
are more than 5 minutes late
for your appointment you may
be asked to reschedule. We apologize
for this, but if you're
late for your appointment Dr.
Ogg will be late to see every
person scheduled after you.
We do not overbook appointment
times and strive to keep a timely
schedule. Please help us do
so by arriving at our office
on time.
